Welcome to SIIS ('Set It In Stone'). By using our cryptographic evidence services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully, especially regarding the irreversible nature of digital seals.

11. Functional Scope

SIIS provides a technical timestamping service (RFC 3161) and decentralized metadata storage (IPFS). We provide technical proofs of existence. We do NOT provide legal advice and are not a substitute for a notary or legal professional.

22. Irreversibility & Refunds

Due to the nature of blockchain and IPFS technology, a 'Seal' operation is mathematically irreversible and permanent. Once a timestamp is issued and metadata is anchored, the operation cannot be undone. Therefore, processed seals are strictly non-refundable. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

33. Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content of the files you hashing. We process hashes locally; we have no knowledge of your content. You guarantee you have the legal right to generate evidence for the files you process.

44. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in the Netherlands.
