At SIIS ('Set It In Stone'), privacy is built into our core architecture. We use complex cryptography to ensure that we never see your files. This policy explains how we process data while maintaining your absolute confidentiality.

11. Zero-Knowledge Content

Your Files: We process your files locally on your device. We use SHA-256 hashing to create a unique digital fingerprint. The actual file content NEVER leaves your browser. We never see, store, or transmit your documents.

22. Data We Collect

* Account Data: Email and name (via Clerk authentication) to manage your account and credits. * Metadata: File hash, filename, and size (required for the certificate). * Payments: Processed by Creem.io. We do not store credit card numbers. * Referrals: Referral codes are stored in localStorage to attribute rewards.

33. IPFS & Immutability

To ensure permanent proof, we anchor the cryptographic fingerprint on the decentralized IPFS network. Important: Records published to IPFS are immutable and cannot be deleted. Since these records only contain a mathematical hash, your identity remains private unless you choice to link it to the hash.

44. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your account data. For technical reasons, hashes already anchored on IPFS cannot be modified. Contact us at privacy@siis.app for inquiries.
